Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for US$10 per person per night when using an available cot. Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. People 3 years old and over stay for US$20 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Marina Motel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a busy area and guests may experience noise. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of USD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note: On multiple night stays room type cannot be guaranteed and is based on availability. For late arrivals after 11:00 please contact motel in advance. Please note: According to local city regulations, you are not able to book more than 14 consecutive days. Please contact Marina Motel for further information. Please note: Guests can only book a maximum of 10 nights. Damage deposit of $250 will be placed on their credit cards. Late arrivals from 10 pm should contact the motel in advance so we can arrange an alternative check-in for them
