Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out runs from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Guests are asked to provide a photo ID and credit card upon arrival.
Deposits & Payments
A refundable damage deposit of USD 250 is required at check-in via credit card and returned within 7 days after departure, pending inspection. Cash payments are not accepted; major credit cards are welcome.
Children & Extra Beds
Children of all ages are welcome. Guests aged 18 and over are considered adults. Cots for children under 2 are available for USD 10 per night, and extra beds for guests 3 and older are available for USD 20 per night, subject to availability.
Pets
Dogs are welcome in select kitchen-equipped rooms. Other pets are not permitted. Pet bowls and baskets are provided on request, and charges may apply.
Smoking
All rooms and indoor spaces are non-smoking.

Upper floors are accessible by stairs only.
Other Rules
The maximum stay allowed is 21 consecutive nights. The property does not host hen or stag parties. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
